How many people can each accommodation sleep?
It depends on the accommodation: Col Cabin is for 2 people; Druir and Ura Cabins admit 2 adults and 1 child (3 people); Muin Cabin and Lila Apartment admit 2 adults and up to 2 children (4 people).
What does the accommodation include?
All accommodations include linens and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and heat pump, TV, and outdoor garden furniture. The cabins also have a wood-burning stove; Apartment Lila has a fireplace and central heating.

Si a la hora en la que tengáis previsto llegar no va a estar abierta la recepción, recibiréis toda la información necesaria para hacer el autocheck-in y tendremos el teléfono operativo por si necesitáis cualquier cosa.
También tenéis la opción de contratar el medio día adicional y alargar vuestra estancia hasta las 20h (sujeto a disponibilidad)
Where exactly is Casa Crisol?
On the south face of the Sierra de Gredos, Ávila province, approximately an hour and a half drive from Madrid. The property is a private forest with complete privacy.
How do I make a reservation?
Bookings are managed through our external reservation system. Please click the "Book" button for each accommodation to check availability and confirm your stay.
Can I add extras to my stay?
Yes. We offer gourmet breakfast in the cabin, romantic or family dinner, private spa session (hot tub, thermal shower and sauna), and a basket of local products. All require prior reservation.
Can I bring my pet?
You can bring your dog. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats due to the allergies they may cause to subsequent guests.
¿Puedo llevar a mi mascota?
Puedes traer a tu perro. Desgraciadamente no admitimos gatos ni otro tipo de mascotas.
¿Como pago el resto de mi estancia?
Puedes pagar el resto de tu estancia y los servicios contratados en recepción, con efectivo, Bizum o tarjeta.
